Nick Dean is the founder of NBD and brings together a unique combination of hands-on construction expertise and extensive insurance industry knowledge. With 12 years of experience in the construction industry and the past 7 years dedicated to insurance building, Nick has developed a thorough understanding of both the technical and claims aspects of property restoration.

As a registered builder, Nick specialises in carpentry and plastering, with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail. His practical experience, combined with his understanding of insurance processes, allows him to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs while ensuring every project is managed with care and professionalism.

ADMINISTRATION & ACCOUNTS

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Mia is NBD's primary Administration Officer and plays a key role in keeping the business running efficiently. She manages incoming job requests, processes work orders, and coordinates the team's schedule to ensure projects are organised and delivered on time.

With a strong focus on organisation and communication, Mia helps keep clients, trades, and insurers informed throughout the repair process.
